I made this card while experimenting with the new Stampin’ Up Edgelits and Textured Impressions Embossing folders.  It’s a little crooked but that’s okay!  Anyway, I used the following products on this Sympathy card:

About 2 weeks ago I woke-up, took one look around my house and decided it was time for a major change.  We’ve lived here for 12 years and the last two of our three children will be moving out shortly.  I love my home.  There is no way I’m  ”downsizing”.

We’ve slowly begun to replace the appliances and I guess we’ll eventually install new counters.

This is our breakfast nook and breakfast bar  - without the beautiful decor!

I pretty much love the drapes and the window seats and I will definitely be duplicating that look!

 Not sure about the little stools.  A little to girly for my hubby to take.

My daughter moves out March 1st so converting her room to a guest room is at the top of the list.  Love this look!

Now I’m off to search for some dining room ideas!

Today is my 13th Wedding Anniversary!  I can’t believe how fast the years have flown by. Look at my little babies!

My husband is an amazing dad. He didn’t have kids when he married me but he stepped up and did an incredible job parenting our children.

I’m sure there’s  been times over the past 13 years when he asked him self “what the hell did I get myself into”?  

Now that our kids are young adults and beginning their own lives, we are looking forward to the next chapter in ours.

The first step for me? Trying to look like I did back then, NOW!
